All engineering design, software development, panel fabrication, pneumatic installation, electrical supervision, and system commissioning is performed in-house by our own factory-trained staff, thus eliminating the need to rely on the performance of others for critical aspects of our work.

Although we specialize in the "New Construction - Plans and Specifications" arena, we distinguish ourselves by also providing "Design / Build" services for our clients and Consulting Engineers. We are particularly effective at developing "Value Engineering" and other creative solutions where difficult budgetary constraints prevail.

T.E.C. Systems supports a fully staffed Service and Maintenance Department with "remote on-line" and "on-site" emergency service response capabilities twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. We provide Comprehensive Service Agreements to many of our clients, including owners and managers of commercial real estate, educational facilities, and health care institutions.
